"Belly Dance with Anisa 2000" is an entertaining and informative instructional video created for the Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced student as well as Professional dancers. Anisa demonstrates the dance movements and technique she has mastered throughout her 26-year teaching career, beginning with warmup exercises and guiding you through this beautiful and ancient art form with emphasis on isolation, separation and muscle control, posture, technique, shimmies, and flowing arm movements. Basic Veil and Finger Cymbal technique are included.
